Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 cup Diced onions
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Chopped water chestnuts
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 head Lettuce separated into leaves
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in shredded carrots and chopped water chestnuts. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well to combine.
5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
