Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red lentils soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked lentils.
  2. 2. Blend the lentils with water until smooth.
  3. 3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little olive oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it out.
  6. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
