Olive oil
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the soaked lentils.
2. Blend the lentils with water until smooth.
3. Add salt and mix well.
4. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little olive oil.
5. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it out.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
