Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Filling

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Let the tart cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
