Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2-4 tablespoon Water to thin
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, maple syrup, and salt.
Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
