Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon zest optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  4. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
