- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt

In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined.
