Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
Stir in chopped thyme and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
