  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
