Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the orzo pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
