Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe

- ½ cup Butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest finely grated
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the lemon juice and zest, whisking continuously.
Season with salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
