- 1 lb Ground Beef lean
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
- 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- ½ cup Sliced Black Olives
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the package instructions. Set aside to cool.
3. In a serving dish, layer the sour cream, salsa, and seasoned beef.
4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
