Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried lavender
  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice About 4-6 lemons
  • 4 cups Cold water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dried lavender. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender mixture and discard the lavender. Pour the syrup into a pitcher.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
