Mini lasagna in cupcake form, perfect for parties or quick dinners.

Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ lb Ground Beef cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.
Layer with ricotta, marinara, ground beef, and mozzarella.
Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
