Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. 5. Toast the slider buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  6. 6. Assemble the sliders by placing a lamb patty on each bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
