Ingredients

  • 1 small Onion, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like shapes around the skewers.
