Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground lamb
- 1 small Onion, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like shapes around the skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the koftas for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
