Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 Small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Tomato slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato slices, and your favorite condiments.
