Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. 2. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whisk until well combined.
  3. 3. Layer the ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  4. 4. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. 5. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
