- 4 cups Plain yogurt full-fat or Greek
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix the yogurt and salt together in a bowl.
Line a strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the cheesecloth.
Gather the edges of the cheesecloth and tie them together.
Let it strain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Transfer the labneh to a container and store in the fridge.
