  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix the yogurt and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Line a strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the cheesecloth.
  4. Gather the edges of the cheesecloth and tie them together.
  5. Let it strain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  6. Transfer the labneh to a container and store in the fridge.
