Korean Style Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
A delicious Korean street food-inspired garlic bread filled with sweet cream cheese.

- 4 Bread rolls
- 200 g Cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 100 g Butter melted
- 4 Garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Cut a deep cross into each bread roll, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Fill the cuts in the bread rolls with the cream cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, dried parsley, and salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the filled bread rolls.
Place the bread rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
