Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chopped kimchi
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped kimchi, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center.
  3. 3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
