Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the browned beef and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve the beef mixture over cooked white rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
