Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Water
In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water.
Whisk together over medium heat until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
