- ¼ cup Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced

1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
