Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
