Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped

Glaze

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, gochujang, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the glaze until well coated.
