King Ranch Chicken Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (10 oz, undrained)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 pieces corn tortillas torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the torn tortillas, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
