  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with soy sauce.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the kimchi in the pan. Cook until the eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
