- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 stalk Celery chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and lemon juice.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
