  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a loaf or flatten it out for a more traditional bread shape.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
