- 4 ripe plantains peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced plantains, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the plantains to the pan in a single layer and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the plantains from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
