Ingredients 

Crust

  • 200 g rye flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 200 g short-grain rice
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rye flour, water, and salt to make the dough.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
  3. 3. Cook rice with milk and salt until thickened.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of rice mixture onto each dough circle.
  5. 5. Fold and pinch the edges to form the pies.
  6. 6. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
