Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic.
Marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Coat chicken pieces in potato starch.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
