Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sake
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in potato starch.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
