Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Brush skewers with marinade.
  5. Grill kabobs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
