- 4 large Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
