Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to coat all the pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Arrange the marinated beef slices on the dehydrator trays, making sure they do not overlap.
  4. 4. Set the dehydrator to 160°F (70°C) and dry the beef for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry but still slightly pliable.
  5. 5. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
