Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 units Cucumbers medium-sized, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Salt for drawing out moisture
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  3. 3. Rinse the cucumbers under cold water to remove the salt, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. 5. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
