  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  5. Remove shrimp from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
