Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
