  • 4 slices White Bread
  • 3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the eggs with a fork or spoon.
  4. 4. Add Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the mashed eggs. Mix well.
  5. 5. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
  6. 6. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  7. 7. Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve.
