  • 2 tablespoon sake
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated ginger, and grated garlic.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
