Ingredients

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash.
  2. Sauté onions until translucent, add ground beef, cook until browned.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes, beef, and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape mixture into patties.
  5. Coat each patty in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry patties in hot oil until golden brown.
