  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place filled jalapenos on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until jalapenos are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
