- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Dip the stuffed jalapenos in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving.
