Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 unit Lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed for consistency

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, jalapeno, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin.
  2. 2. Process until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and garnish with additional chopped jalapeno if desired.
