- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 units Jalapenos diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping snacks.
