  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 units Jalapenos diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or your favorite dipping snacks.
