Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread unsliced
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Salami sliced
  • 50 g Black olives sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, salami, black olives, olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on one half of the bread.
  5. Place the other half of the bread on top to form a sandwich.
  6. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
