Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 portions.
6. Roll out each portion into a pizza crust and place on a baking sheet. Add your favorite toppings.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
