- 2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic smashed
1. In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
2. Heat over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the oil is fragrant. Do not let the oil boil.
3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
4. Strain the oil through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean glass bottle.
5. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 1 month.
