Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Place beef roast in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix and au jus mix over the roast.
  3. Pour in beef broth and add pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Shred the beef with two forks.
  6. Serve on hoagie rolls with shredded mozzarella cheese.
