Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper and pineapple, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
