Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Diced pineapple
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the bell pepper and pineapple, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
